Just now I opened files of Cosmoteer and found all the dlls...
This made me to remember that, I'd done some translations just for my self to have a better experience. I do miss all the txts that time.

speaking of memories, i remember when cosmoteer needs to be manually toggled in order to play multiplayer
Days later I find that it's able to open .rules files the same as .txt files.
