A huge ripple suddenly opens up, and out of it many thousands of small ships, along with 3 massive ships, fly out at a blistering speed, with almost a boom, they sent out a transmission.

A seemingly rogue fleet would suddenly blast in, and fire its laser array, however the armaments of the PkC would immediately launch and obliterate the fleet while the "minion" ships seemed to be AI controlled body gaurds to those huge ships.
As I was stating, this is the PkC, we mean no harm, and only attack when provoked as we have just demonstrated.
these ships would look somewhat scrappy although well constructed, and with an obvious paint scheme.
The ripple would slowly close as more "minion" ships were flying out, although the amount at any given time was significantly lower than at first, and then, another huge ship would seemingly squeeze itself out of the ripple. once the ripple had closed, these many thousands of ships would now wander as if looking for something, perhaps a habitable planet?

(it has been quite awhile so refer to the peacekeeper confederation (beyond its info) to refresh on everything, i had to do so myself, and yes, ive time skipped everything, the PkC is currently a fractured Nomad organization living off of ship corpses and great craftsmanship(i dont mean design, making it hard to tell that they are infact scrap ships))
