Malwarebytes Reports Cosmoteer "Quasar" Backdoor

I recently had the unnerving experience of having my new computer security program, Malwarebytes, report Cosmoteer as a "Quasar" style backdoor.

I immediately downloaded and installed the latest version (0.15.16b) from the Cosmoteer website, in case I had a hacked version, and then rescanned. Malwarebytes no longer suggests quarantining the file.

NobilisReed What game version were you using before, and what happens if you scan 0.15.16b with malwarebytes now? Also do you know if malwarebytes recently updated?

Looks like this is an issue with MalwareBytes reporting false-positives in some software. Here's a post on their forum from 7 hours ago with someone mentioning the same backdoor.quasar in another piece of software, and MalwareBytes confirmed it's a false positive. Hopefully they will have is resolved shortly.
