I'm ProntoManagement, an active member in the community and currently a staff member on Discord and the forums. I am a passionate gamer. This is my introduction and by the end of it I hope you know something that you didn't know about me at the start.
Why did I become staff in the Cosmoteer community?
Well, soon as I joined the Cosmoteer community I instantly fell in love with the game & the amazing dev and the great community that is and was so friendly and interesting. My goal as a staff member is to assist and help many people as I can. On the otherside I wanted to keep the server clean and non-toxic. I was also eager to grow with the community.
When did I become staff?
My adventure started as a Trial-Moderator on 07/18/2017 with Minimurgle & IVIemories. I got promoted with them to Moderator on 08/01/2017. I then became Supervising Moderator on 08/23/2017.
Information about me and my previous experiences!
Shall we begin with my Moderating experience as I always enjoy telling people about this as it brings back so many memories.
So a few years ago I was a lot younger and really immature. I use to play hours and hours of Minecraft everyday of the week. I had eventually navigated myself over to a almost empty Minecraft server four or so players. I got myself Moderator and with talking to the Owner and spending dozens of hours on an empty server I became Head-Admin. Let's all be thankful that this server was empty. I was the most abusive, bias and terrible staff member you have ever seen. As time passed and I left server to servr of empty servers practicing my application skills and Moderating skills. I eventually got to a MC server called "LavishPvP" ahh that is where I started taking my job as a staff member a lot more seriously. I learnt how to Moderate properly and how a real staff team ran and worked (Today that staff team was rather bad now that I have learnt a lot more back then it was gold) It was a small server of 20 or so people. Worked my way up from Trial-Mod to Head-Moderator. I also got really close to the Owner.
Let me skip to a more eventful server. It was my first time ever applying for a large Minecraft server. 800 players constantly (Which now is about 1200 players) I worked my way up from Trial all the way to Moderator learning and growing in so many aspects and learning how such a large staff team was able to operate and work. It was amazing and I grew really close with the community there was always the regulars.
Unturned, this is going to be my last little story for experience as this is getting drawn out and I could go on for a few years. I had got bored of Minecraft found a new game called Unturned and I just happend to join the most popular Unturned network. Turns out I fell in love with that network. A month or two later I was a Trial Moderator and skipping 6 months ahead I was an Admin. Running and making sure everything than smoothly.
Other information: I have ran multiple discords, Moderated 1000s of hours.
Overall I love Moderating and running communitys, I'm a fun bubbly person but I do have a more serious side and that tends to be when I am Moderating.
