Basic info:
The Pact of the Old Blood, otherwise known as the "Old Blood Pact", is a semi-union between the High Imperium's Stranded G-S16 Fleet, led by Merath Vakorion, a representative of the Imperium's Ruling houses (of whom still reside in the Ancerious Galaxy), The Second German Space Regime, which is led by their Führer Hans Steinfeld, and the Undying Empire, an Ex-TIE Fleet led by Emperor Ezekiel. This Pact was formed over The High Imperium's old homeworld Taros.

Once Great enemies, these 3 fallen powers have united to stand against the Union of Justice. Tensions between the GSR and HI are high, but improving due to the situation at hand. The HI is undergoing repairs to their home system, the GSR is rebuilding fortress worlds and constructing new things, and the UE is distracting the UoJ with supply runs to TIE worlds, and all the while slowly reforming their navy.

Rusted metal, a silent creaking. The void of space in turmoil for a second as it rips and tears apart violently. Time warping around it as a dimensional tear rips apart real space. The dark bow of a large vessel looming within the open rift that slowly sails forward, clashing with a barrier before going through with a bright shine.
"A new era seems to be upon the horizon... Ships will see combat ounce more it seems."
The rusted voice speaks, within the dark illuminated bride of the vessel. Large weapon emplacements dotting it, pointing into the void.
"May we see the galaxy burn..."

The Ship Approaches the GSR Gate at Südhausen as the UNO Ships are upon the world working on something. Meanwhile, deeper into the GSR, The Two Representatives from the UNO and INO Sit, unknowingly waiting to be alerted of this new arrival...

As the large ship slowly encroaches on the Südhausen gate, the defense emplacements slowly swing around. The large anti-orbital guns to the sides of the large, closed 5000 by 5000 metre gate lock in on the approaching vessel as the gate control tries to establish contact.

"Zhis is Gate Control of zhe Südhausen-Tor of zhe German Space Regime. Please identify yourself, state your allegiance as well as intention or leave zhe system."

Standard gate procedures unravel in the meanwhile as the cannons are routinely loaded and readied.

The large vessel was roughly almost as large as the gate, only a few hundred meters short of being to large to fit on its dimensions.
