(Event) The Battle of the Moons

Brank The ships jump right into the Heart of the operations, with them only about 7 kilometers away from the two moons. The ships come close enough to see that the few Redford vessels on patrol have already been prepping for combat, while the ones in port were trying to be unlocked.
"Go ahead and try to reinforce the corridor, there's no telling where they could come from!" ,the message being transmitted to the group from one of the few Battleships active.

The Fleet Take up positions around the area. spreading out as the hangar bays of the Venators open up, ready to send out fighters at first notice. The whole fleet bring up shields and power weapons.

The INCC decided to be....halfway to neutral. They had no stake in this, but participating could make enemies. Nevertheless, a small medical fleet was sent out, heavily marked. The PR Division made damn sure the markings were up to date. The only armed ships (Besides PD) was a few fighters, and a Drone Rescue Craft. Scavenging was a side-task, so a mining fleet was on standby. Otherwise, most of the INCCs Non-combative ships were present. Which was 30.

The Zendikarian Empire, after analyzing all of the perspectives of the situation, sends a fleet consisting of: The Z.E.S.S. midnight, flagship of the 11th fleet, the Z.E.S.S. vindicator, (pulled out of a display dock, consider it about cruiser strength) 1 Vengeance class medium carrier (11 fighter capacity) , 12 Starlight class pocket cruisers, 11 moonlight class destroyers, and 17 Xenagos class patrol craft. they then move to the gate, and when/if they get through, will establish a patrol ship cordon around the gate, while the other ship form a battlegroup to defend the forwardmost moon (to the attackers)

The news eventually gets to the MISE by the means of GL&M, whose ties within the Redford had deepened since the last time, despite the normal negative outlook on the invading megacorporation, their competitive prices and their help when they lost one of the their main ports makes the lizardmen-tied corporation a joy for the common populace, which now enjoys high-quality MISE products as an option instead of the usual Redford production or expensive galactic imports.
However, the MISE presence is not a common one, unlike the other fleets, they didn't enter through the FTL gateway, barely did they ever actually warn Redford of them incoming. Instead, they FTL'ed into The Needle, the smaller, yet most stable area of The Anvil detonation cloud. The high interference of the Sea of Shards and the plasmic wastes that occupied the system made their fleet number a mistery for those not within The Needle. However, to those there, it'd be recognizable that they amounted a force of 25 Direct Force C-3 Vessels, 5 Drone Strike D-2 vessels, and 3 Indirect-Force D-3 vessels.
Their presence there was dual. A good portion of the ships there were testbeds for experimental weaponry, however, a special task designated a detachment of the Anomalous Research Force, composed of a separate detachment of 5 C-3s and 2 D-2s. The purpose of the A.R.F there was undisclosed.

Fort_Master_Gustav The Redford forces in the Gatherer's Rest become suspicious. If this group of ships hasn't described why they are here, despite Redford detecting the ships' warping in, this could be an attacking force. The Redford Forces head to the major corridor in-between Gatherer's Rest and the Relay Point. If these forces were going to attack, it's most likely going to move through the corridor between the Needle and Relay Point.

The MISE group doesn't seem to move. They reserve themselves to The Needle, and assume a formation hiding behind clouds of plasma that have wondered into the stable cosmical formation.
Meanwhile, their research contingents move inwards towards the sea of shards, sluggishly if so due to the rough terrain, looking to explore the largest, yet most tumultuous remains of The Anvil.
Drones are pre-emptively deployed from the Drone-Strike Vessels and await orders hiding in the thick plasma walls of The Needle.

The Redford Moons dispatch small recon craft (Which seem to be Modified transports with large survey equipment and sensors, most likely originally used to keep track of salvage operations for resources for the Moons). With their small size and strong sensor equipment, it's hoped that they can navigate the Anvil further than the Heavily Armed and Armored Warships, while being stealthier than the fighters (Though a previous attempt was made to send stealth fighters in, the gases made the fighter visible due to the stealth equipment being destroyed in the Anvil area). They try to keep close to the main paths of the Anvil, though attempts are made to travel further into the clouds and gases. These ships are not like their freighter brethren and are not equipped to enter combat. The only thing protecting these transports from destruction or becoming lost is their shields (which are quite strong for transport's size, but have nothing on Redford's Naval Forces or Common Redford frieghters.)
