So you got your Bachelor in Arts, but don't have the Bachelor in design, and still you want to apply for Master degree in Design...
Well first off, like what Jam said, most of us here attained less educational level than you, so perhaps somewhere else are a more ideal place to ask this, possibly your original class group or sth like that.
As for my opinion, sure, send an application, but if you really wanna find it out, just go and ask the registry office, surely any sort of formal institute got it, right?
