    Hi all! I thought the community ships mod was getting a little out of control, so I made a curated version. Ships are sorted into about 20 or so folders. 0-99k/100k-199k/1million-1.9million etc except for factions which have there own folder and larger collections have there own folder too.

    Every ship is still credited to the person that made it. I used a new naming scheme, the ship creators name is in brackets before the ship name. Example (Teg)SuperSpecialShip.ship.png

    It's also great for comparing ships of a similar value.

    The mod shouldn't clash with Walts version, please let me know if it does.

    The mod is up to date to 31th July 2017 if you'd like to carry updating the mod let me know.
    To Download right click the mod folder after clicking the above link.
    To install you can unzip and move the folders to the mods folder. You can easily open the mods folder by clicking here:

    FYI some folders were empty and some ships were in screenshot not ship format.
    Sorry I deleted empty folders, but here are the people who had screenshot ships:

    I've also left a folder with empty folders of all the categories if you'd like to use it yourself.

    I noticed my ships didn't make the cut.
    May I ask why?

        Aurellia Either your folder was empty or you uploaded them after the 18th? Maybe check factions and large collections folders too.
        I made sure no one was left out of what I had of the mod.

            My apologies, I didn't thoroughly read the op. I uploaded on the 22nd.
            It would probably explain why they're not there. 🙂

                I was not angry or anything, I was just confused. I only have myself to blame for that.

                Onto the actual mod however, Yes, a more organised community ships mod is just what we need. Trying to find appropriate ships to test mine with was finicky.

                My faction is incomplete however, if this gets updated with my current ships on the main mod and I upload new ones afterwards, how would that translate to the next update of this one?
                This is probably a silly question.

                  Aurellia Ideally the Google Drive will be open to editing and users will curate there own ships if thats how we want to do it. Otherwise ships with the same name will replace older ones and updating will go slowly.

                        The mod is fully up to date now.

                          Teg, I think that keeping those folders is a prudent idea. They directly contribute to the quite friendly level of organization in this mod, which is an advantage for the end user. That's my $0.02. 😉

                                  is there in the mod a ship thats better than the 'crescent wrath' (its in the main game, and my favorite)

                                    CrazyBoyMathias I think there is quite a lot of community ships that can outmatch the Crescent, at least a few of my own can. Most people find the Cerberus more of a challenge.

                                      Teg Ain't hard to outmatch the Crescent, sadly. It's one of the worst designed ships in the Built-Ins. It weighs like 4000 tons, but only carries the weaponry of like an Elite level enemy. Half of its interior is useless armor, protecting nothing. Sure looks cool though...

                                      Cerberus is pretty much the only scary ship, imo.

                                        Tobi-wan_Kenobi drakons sword is fairly scary

                                                  Tobi-wan_Kenobi i know it wasn't a good ship but i edited it allot and now its allot better. But i'll try the cerberus out.

                                                          Teg i did a battle between my edited Crescent Wrath and the Cerberus and my Crescent Wrath won, but it was a hard battle. PS. i use the example mod for superarmor i think my ship won because of that 🙂

                                                              Is there room for a 75M+ category?
