I understand that it finds an object at certain coordinates on a .png, then translates that into a position of a tile.
However, let's say that this design is massive, and many tiles have been pixelated. How does it differentiate between objects that may look identical when pixelated? Furthermore, if a mod has a tile that extends outwards and covers other tiles, how can it tell what is underneath - or if an extended tile is covered by another, how does it know what tile it is? I have checked, and there are no external files that tell the game exactly where tiles are - the only thing you need is the .ship.png file.
