They walk into the room next to we’re they were into Arra’s office. On the left side is a relatively tall bookshelf with a variety of types of books and designs of cases.

"woah, there's tons of books, what do you wanna read?"

"I've already atleast skimmed through most of them. You choose." Nat could notice that a lot of the books were about peace and a lot of them were in a foreign language or holy scripts from various religions. The ones that had been placed at eye level, at least for Arra, seemed to be fiction of war stories or political books or those in foreign languages. Among them also stood books with titles such as "the wonders of the universe", "species engineering" and "pioneers" which appeared to be about science and exploration. Surprisingly also a small amount of children's books were placed on this priority section. A few looked old. One could suspect that these were classics from various cultures.

she looks around before grasping out a war novel named 'Raised flag', and looking it over, she skims over the cover and the summary and decides she likes it.
"This one sounds nice"

"Great choice! I really just hope it doesn't trigger something. It has some quite horrible descriptions about war and PTSD."

Arra hops into her chair and opens the book. "We could tell each other when we've finished reading the open pages so we know when to turn... or one of us could read out loud?"

She flips to the first page, and when Arra was ready, begun to read aloud

Arra let’s the vivid images of the described scenes come to life within her mind. The blatant propaganda and military power projections, the brutal battles and the characters interactions. She appeared to be very comfortable in her seat. After literal hours she began to become sleepy as the nanomachines in her system controlled the production of the pineal gland. She began to slip out of consciousness. Subconsciously, looking for something to rest against, she coincidentally leaned her head against Natalie’s shoulder.
