Politics
The Earth Union has no great allies.
Next to it are the Central Swarm and X-1 territories. The central swarm is a fleet unknown to anyone, consisting of a huge number of powerful frigates. Because of this, not a single earth's ship flew to the center of the galaxy. X-1 is the general name for territories that have taken over copies of an AI robot that escaped from its owner, a smuggler. The X-1s are trying to take over Earth in order to take revenge on humans for mistreating robots.
No one but humans in this galaxy likes democracy, which is why the Union is disliked.
Technologies
Humans never managed to build working shield generators. Instead, Earth Alliance ships are covered with a very thick layer of armor. People also don't use lasers and blasters, but prefer guns and missiles. But they managed to create the fastest FTL system in galaxy. Colonization of planets and their moons has become so easy for humans that they can populate them with hundreds of thousands of people in less than a year. People have even learned to inhabit the gas giants.

Fleet
The earth's fleet consists of more than two thousand ships. All ships except for gunships have the ESS prefix and code for example ESS Jupiter RN-1382. Experimental ships are assigned an XSS code for example ESS Swarm XSS-01.
Aurora Class gunship
Main Gunship of the Earth Fleet.
Arhimede Class corvette
Used for reconnaissance and patrolling.
Riga Class frigate
Assault ship to quickly destroy enemy forces.
Washington Class cruiser
The backbone of the Earth's fleet. Without it, the X-1 army would have been walking around Paris ten years ago.
