In 1.0, repairing will require resources to pay for the repairs. In concept I like the idea of "repair stations" (the original prototype had one), but I'm not sure how they would interact with resources or what benefits they will provide over regular repairing without a repair station. (To answer this, I will first have to figure out how regular building/repairing works, whether it happens instantly as it does now, or whether crew go do the building & repairing.)
