Changes since RC2:
- Reverted thruster power changes.
- Increased Tractor Beam peak power usage from 3000 to 4500.
- Increased Tractor Beam range by 50%.
- Increased Flak Cannon cost from 10000 to 14000.
- Small reduction in game loading time.
- RC Bugfix: It was possible to type in RGB or hex color values outside the allowed color ranges. (This could also lead to undo/redo issues.)
- RC Bugfix: Possible fix for losing keyboard input when entering custom RGB, HSV, or hex color values.
