"Personally speaking, I find cooperation much more fruitious than hostilities, there may be those who disagree and say we need competition to advance but I find their views... archaic. Life has enough adversity as it is...yet as with all things, there are exceptions." -Tiari
Name: Va'hil Tiari Senvara
Profile:
A relatively young woman, daughter of the noble house 'Senvara', one of the fallen houses from the times of the Imperium.
She has passed the diplomat academy on the capital of the Ascendant Dawn with flying colours and is currently serving as one of the representatives of the Dawn in G-S16, she is loyal to the Regent, as he was the one who wrote her recommendation himself.
Tiari is a friendly and polite regardless of her a persons standing, likes children and talking to people, getting to know new cultures and species, however, she has a strong distaste for a lot of the Dawns current noble houses. Although she does have basic training with firearms and is a decent fencer, she never carries any weapons with her, as she´s somewhat of a pacifist.
Current Status:
Traveling in and between G-S16 and D-N7.
Biodata:
Tiari is a white, female near-human of slender build which is around 170 centimetres tall. She has long purple hair and purple-ish blue eyes.
Her exact age is currently unknown but she is between 20 and 30 years years old.
Tiari, like a decent percentage of the rest of the Dawn population in the recent years has latent psionic potential, although this potential has as of yet to show any signs of awakening.
Inventory:
"A diplomats tools are usually words not posessions, although appearance and entrance are always important."-Tiari
A variety of official and less official clothing:
As diplomat, Tirirs traveling wardrobe contains a variety of different clothes, including, but not limited to her official Ascandant Dawn representative uniform (as seen in the image).
She usually picks different clothing depending on the occassion, be it first contact, negotiations or just her free time, although in that case she prefers a more informal attire.
The button:
As the button has never actually been seen or used it´s use and form are as of yet obscure, however it is likely a form of panic button, given her job as a diplomat.
Backstory:
"Me?" She laughs. "I suppose you would love to know more, alas I'm afraid my private information is not part of the negotiations."-Tiari
-Va'hil (spoken: Veil) has been born into the house Senvara, a fallen noble house from the times of the High Imperium which lost most of its power and influence after the traverse. Unlike with a lot of other houses it helped them weeding out the corruption and other... unwanted elements, of teh family. Thus by the time Va'hil has been born the family was a rather nice place to grow up in, her parents have been friendly and the family was one of those that actually treated their servants nicely.
-A couple of years later, when Va'hil started attending school, problems started. As she had been from a fallen noble house, there were times when she had been heavily discriminated for her heritage and as these thinsg go, at some point it escalated, Va'hil came home with bruises, although her opponent had looked even worse, which got her and her family into quite some trouble.
-After her father had resolved the issues she had caused, he proceeded to have a long talk with Va'hil and over the course of the next months started to teach her privately in most of the normal classes and specifically in the art of speech. Once she returned to her normal school, she had learned to resolve her problems with words instad of violence, sparking the wish to become a diplomat for the first time, as her new speech talent went along with her interest in foreign species.
-Once Va'hil finished school, now called Tiari after receiving her second name, she started working for her planetary government, thinking it would get her further up in the hierarchy eventually, alas, it was a dead end. The planetary government was one of those which favoured and privilaged the active noble houses, thus halting her progress upwards, as if that hadn´t been enough, she constantly had to deal with problems caused by the more arrogant noble houses which even the regent couldn´t keep completely in check, showing her how corrupted the hierarchy actually was.
-Things eventually did take another unexpected turn as one day the regent himself, who had walked off on his own whilst on the planet, watched her argue calmly with a rather haughty noble of a higher house for almost an hour, until he eventually accepted his fine for mistreating and underpaying some of his servants. Impressed by her feat and pleased by her mindset he asked her a multitude of questions under the guise of a government official and eventually left, only days later, once the recommendation for the diplomat academy came, in she would get to know she had talked to the regent that day.
-Another two and a half years later, against all adversity, Va'hil Tiari Senvara graduated from the academy with flying colours, now all she had left to do was gather experience. Not even a full day later she was once more approached by the regent, praising her for her achievements and offering her a position in the diplomatic corps of the Ascendant Dawn, as that she became one of the first representatives speaking for the Dawn once it headed towards G-S16 again.
-After having made first contact with a number civilisations, such as the Valairii and the Rudra Outcasts, Tirai visted the Embassy on behalf of the Regent, probing the market and political situation in G-S16, eventually reporting back to the Ascendant Dawn and heading to G-S16 once more...

Relationship: Very Good
The Honourguard is a corps of bodyguards specifically trained to accompany diplomats on their missions, they are usually handpicked by the person in question from their own house and have sometimes a rather close relationship, in some cases almost like family.
Whilst they are usually only there for ceremonial or intimidation purposes, or just looking fancy, their combat skill is exceptional. Having been trained on the homeworld in a special academy, much like the diplomats themselves, they are usually versed in diplomacy to some degree, familiar with open combat just as much as covert operations and a large portion of them would give their lives for the person they are ordered to protect.
The Honourguard, whilst usually wearing 'only' their ceremonial attire (as seen in the picture), is well trained in the usage of a lot of specialist equipment like power armour, sniper rifles and explosives. Although even their ceremonial armour is nothing to scoff at, able to disperse a couple of plasmarounds and stop bullets and equipped with a visor with an AI-assisted HUD it favours mobility and utility over raw power, which tends to be of advantage in urban environments anyways. The exact details of the Honourguards equipment are obviously classified but it is rumored that a lot of them have underwent both genetic and cybernetic enhancements, with some of them being latent psionics.
