While there isn't a specific mod that has wiring, ABH has some parts that are basically wiring (but abh has a lot of parts and uses a lot of resources so be careful before you get it), but there is also Automation++ which has a similar system to wiring in that it has automatic power distribution but it's not wiring in the same sense of having to connect parts with wires.
