Sometimes it is desired to have burst generate a heterogeneous distribution of shots.
So far this is only possible with SpawnBullets but there are circumstances where the behavior and result is completely different.
So I'm suggesting an option being either a toggle to switch RNG off or better for consistency
having an Arc as in SpawnBullets.

Not a bad idea, I've added it to my list. Though SpawnBullets already supports an Arc parameter. And you can also probably use multiple emitters to achieve the same result.
