Thanks to everyone for testing RC1 and RC2! RC3 is now available for testing!

Changes since RC2:

Reverted Railgun cost changes from RC1.
The Launcher no longer starts pre-loaded with missiles or mines in PVP multiplayer.
RC Bugfix: Multiplayer desyncs caused by using tractor beams.
RC Bugfix: Nuke guidance wasn't working.
