SIERRA075 Meranera's Additional Weapons Mod has the Origami, which is a 0.13.1 compatible version. Not sure if stats are copied but doesn't matter since it (at least) feels like the Quad Batteries

Unfortunately this mod doesn't work with 0.14.0, and that makes me sad. I really loved using this mod.
This weapon was originally meant for Abh. Rada just run away with it. If it ever comes back it has to be part of Abh again. On a side note the "Oigami" has true Abh DNA. 😉
