I turn on a mod and after that it says restart now-restart later i go to restart later and when its restart the game all mods are turned off, like nothing happened.
Spacepotato Most likely an antivirus program preventing the game from saving its settings.txt. Make Cosmoteer as an exception for the antivirus.
