Cosmoteer Release Candidate 0.15.12 RC4

Cosmoteer "unstable" release candidate 0.15.12 RC4 is now available for testing! This fixes a handful of bugs in the previous RCs.

Download Cosmoteer 0.15.12_rc4 or auto-update via the "Unstable" branch.

Changes since RC3:

Fixed exploit where you could target a ship with a Tractor Beam and then retarget to another ship at a different distance while keeping the beam's original tether length.
Translation updates.
0.15.11 Bugfix: Fast-moving projectiles could sometimes fly through (or impact the incorrect location on) ships that were very far from the center of the game.
RC Bugfix: Crash when creating or spawning asteroids.
RC Bugfix: Possible crashes in multiplayer when issuing commands to ships right before they are removed from the game.
RC Bugfix: Copy/pasting parts of a ship that contained crew, along with their quarters, would cause the crew to be deleted.
Modding: MultiValue components can now specify 'Invert = true' which will cause it to provide a value equal to 1 minus the value it would have provided if Invert was false. (With the exception that inversion happens before negation.)

RC4
Played some multiplayer - worked smoothy - balance seems to have improoved.
Built a large 3.5 Mil Vessel (with missiles and iONbeams) - worked smoothly - copy/paste fixed.

... still do not get the armor price change ...
