(And Maybe @Dumb because Forge though it's not partly owned by redford)
A localized transmission is sent to all shipyards within Redford, which begins with:
This is a Private Transmission from the Redford Naval Beureau. Any Public Showing of this Transmission will result in business termination. Thank you for your time.
It cuts for 2 seconds, to then immediately comes back on again. The Transmission shows a Man sitting at a small, wooden office-like desk. The man begins to read off the papers before him, as if he was preparing for this.
"It has come to my attention that ships that fall under the "Heavy Cruiser" and "Battlecruiser" category have not been working together in proper fleets. However, this doesn't fall under the responsibility of the Captains and Commanders, as these times of nigh-constant war have forced these ships that rely on another to function at their greatest to be apart to support others. Thus, I decree that these ships are to be removed from the front. However, they will only be removed once enough replacement vessels have been created. The Missile Cruisers will be re-designated as Heavy Cruisers once the replacements are built."
A Hologram of a Battlecruiser Blueprint appears on the desk's projector.
"This is the replacement that I decree all shipyards of Redford to build. Each shipyard is to postpone any other projects they have at the moment, unless they fall under Article 5, Subsection 3. Each shipyard, whether they be Private, Public, or Military, must construct 10 of these warships. If they do not have the capacity to do this, they must address this issue immediately. The codes are labelled under this current transmission. The codes will allow you to submit your complaint form after this transmission has ended."
3 codes labelled GENERAL ISSUES,EMERGENCY ISSUES,and RESOUCE TRANSPORT ISSUES are seen below.
"These ships are to be expected by the end of the time frame per shipyard. If they are not constructed in due time in sufficient numbers, the business will pay a fine totaling each amount per ship combined."
It cuts away from the man for 10 seconds, showing a time-frame per shipyard size.
LARGE SHIPYARDS: 2 WEEKS. MEDIUM SHIPYARDS: 2 WEEKS 4 DAYS. SMALL SHIPYARDS: 3 WEEKS.
"If the demand is fulfilled by a business, they are to receive a credit bonus per week, totaling to about 10,000 credits for larger businesses, 25,000 for medium, and 40,000 for small businesses. Thank you for your time."
