Cosmoteer Release Candidate 0.15.11 RC4

Thanks to everyone for helping test RC1, RC2 and RC3! RC4 is now available for testing! Notably this RC tweaks missile physics (again) so that they aren't as likely to collide with their own ship when fired.

Download Cosmoteer 0.15.11_rc4 or auto-update via the "unstable" branch.

Changes since RC3:

Misc. translation updates.
Missiles now exit the launcher with much higher velocities but undergo a great amount of deceleration for the first 0.75 seconds before their main thrust acceleration kicks in. This should solve some of the issues that missiles had hitting the sides of walled "launch tubes", and also makes them more accurate when fired from side-mounted launchers.
EMP missile smoke trails now appear lighter, and Nuke smoke trails now appear darker.
Bugfix: Toggling build, paint, crew, or repair modes on and off rapidly could cause the camera to glitch afterwards.
RC Bugfix: Crash in multiplayer in some circumstances when repairing a ship.
Modding: Bullet Acceleration components no longer support an 'InDirectionOfTarget' parameter, which has been replaced with a 'Direction' parameter which can be given one of the following values: 'Bullet', 'Target', 'Velocity', and 'FrameOfReferenceVelocity'.

Glad that Missile Barges work again - Crew stays ready to fire (at will) and missile flight path works now and is even improoved!
