Most halo weapons and parts are really generic so people haven't really bothered with making one.

acidcave The only mod I am aware of with halo parts is the ABH faction mod.

its probably just simler ideas to weapons in Halo are in ABH, as Halo weapons re quite basic and can really be found in most mods even vanilla
