Cosmoteer Release Candidate 0.15.11 RC3

Thanks to everyone for helping test RC1 and RC2! RC3 is now available for testing!

Download Cosmoteer 0.15.11_rc3 or auto-update via the "unstable" branch.

Changes since RC2:

Decreased Point Defense damage vs ships from 50 to 35.
Increased Nuke firing arc from 90 to 120 degrees.
The Terror built-in ship now has Nuke launchers.
Translation updates.
RC Bugfix: Ships in the ship library weren't loading in alphabetical order.
RC Bugfix: It was not possible to target tractor beams set to auto-fire.
RC Bugfix: Rare crashes when ships are removed from the game.

Shields blocking TB is fine imho since you can switch off shields with EMP or EB.
TB is more an additional tool now then the main weapon - i like that.

@Walt Will there be a RC4 with changes to missiles?
My impression is players are not rly using missile ships "seriously" in PVP because they lose so many missiles at launch - so they are considered to be partially broken. (like described in my RC2 comment.)

Or are we expected to build/rebuild all missile launchers from now on differently?

I tried the missile ship you posted in the RC2 thread but didn't have any issues with it. Can you get me a save that shows the problem?

for the missiles, i'd like to see them working like this :

1) launch
2) aim
3) full speed
