Thats a feature, it's just how it is.
also i don't know how to get the supply corridors filled with the needed resources.
Connect the selective tubes to it's entrance points. (plasma, antimatter and water pipes)
the wiki really lacks some screenshots of the blueprint mode with example assemblies that should work.
The wiki lacks everything, the best place to get information is on any place (forum, dicrod, reddit etc.), anything but the wiki. We humans (?!) are the best source of information.
