Jared As the new comers walk off their ship, they are greeted by a trio of personal. Two have sidearms holstered in their sides while the one in the middle of them nothing. The woman in the middle was wearing a charcoal black uniform with a logo of a black and white triangle stitched on one of the arms of it. She holds out her hand greeting the new comers and says welcome aboard station Delphi.

She then asks them to follow her to where they can talk about diplomacy. (Follow them)

Following the woman and her escort the “aliens” reach the conference room. A simple minimalist design with a monitor like screen mounted on the wall as well as the UEG and UNSC insignia mounted on the wall. Seated in the room however, sat a younger man in a suite. He leaps out of his chair and greets them. It is great to finally meet you. “Feel free to ask as many questions as you want. Oh and I am Jacob Kingsley.”

Jared -**Well around 200 years ago there was a great colonization effort due to the recent breakthrough in FTL drive technology. It allowed us to go where no man, woman, or child had ever stepped foot. This era would be considered a huge part of our history as it lasted mainly till the planet we are currently orbiting around was founded a little less than 100 years ago. Our civilization in itself has expanded into something quite amazing with a good chunk of space for us to continue to grow and prosper. Now about our people. I guess you could call our citizens mainly peaceful for the most part. There are a few isolated incidents but I am afraid I am not allowed to go into a lot of detail about them. Now some cultural significance about them? Flip music is gaining popularity as well as scoop neck gowns._

Now with all that talk of peace, we have had our fair share of extra terrestrial wars. Hence the large amount of defences you saw coming in. Here, picture this. Remember the planet orbiting below us? How lush and green it is? 50 years ago it was charred due to battles with an alien race that had encountered us. Hell, look at us now, we came out on top because of it.** Jacob seemed to have a bit of excitement in his voice from that.

Jared The man explains that there is none of these threats and other civilizations nearby. He also asks for the man to explain who he is from and what his civilization is like. He thanks them for the map too, and explains that there will be diplomatic missions in the future.

GuiltySpark As the destroyer began communicating back, a single heavy cruiser would be seen moving by to beef things up in case this went sideways as they brought a battlecruiser.

The FNS ships were told that they are dangerously close to a colony world and told to back up. They are not given any information about the signal they had picked up on.

Shortly after the completion of the super carrier's hull by the Forge of Babel, an ominous shuttle with absolutely no marking appears near UEG space, and form a direct transmission to the nearest outpost. Peculiarly enough, the transmission is under several layers of self-adapting encryption, making eavesdropping from any third party nearly impossible.

Well, I am Azar Ahadi, Captian of my ship Tiger Lilly, i was born over the world of Zubai in one of the many orbital cities, a few years ago i signed up to become a citizen and i chose the explorer career, and now here i am, meeting my first alien civilization. As for my home, I am a soon-to-be Citizen of the Terran Citizens Union, We are a Citizens Republic where political choices are given to those who chose to participate in the community, we are locate on the edge of the galaxy and there are currently two species within the Republic. Humans such as myself, we make up the majority of Civilians and Citizens, and the Avabasi who we ran into when setting up our republic. We seek for diplomacy and cooperation first and are a proud pioneering people, and are willing to die for our beliefs. we have a small chunk of a star cluster under our control with 5 main colonized worlds, each with a surging population. As i am limited to what im allowed to share further questions can be answered with the right people as long as relations begin to improve, there is a fog of trust when it comes to other races, however there are many of us who understand this fog and see it as just fear of the unknown, and the only way to get through this fog is for my republic to meet new civilizations.

Dumb The shuttle arrives close to a nearby station. It’s purpose seems unknown. However from the station comes a single pair of fighters which will escort the shuttle downward planet side to a meeting area. When the fighters are in position and the proper clearance is sent to the shuttle to allow it planet side they are off. They fly through the atmosphere and come close to a large city. Standing out on the side of a giant river sits a copper roofed building in which they fly by and the shuttle is directed to land out back around it.

Sounds like quite an intricate and smart system. I am sure our governors would love to continue this conversation.
