Outlaw-90 Looks like there's actually a lot of various BH changes and rebalances, but if you just want to remove the ships, that's pretty easy. Go to file explorer, find the mod folder (user mods are under Documents/My Games/Cosmoteer/Mods), open the mod, and open mod.txt (depending on your file explorer settings it might just show as mod). Scroll down to near the bottom, and you should see this:
Either just delete that section, or "comment it out" using /* and */ as shown below:
Then at the very bottom, do the same with this section:
The bottom one actually adds the ships into BH, but removing the first set is necessary to prevent the game from crashing when visiting non-vanilla sectors. I haven't specifically tested this by the way, so sorry if there's something I missed that still causes a crash due to the missing data
