Alright, first, U build ships, put some markings for your faction.
Then you write a backstory, with government, planets, territory etc.
then you include the ships.
then to get allies, you send ships to other people(by taking a picture of ships and sending them to a faction page)
You can also participate in events
note: You can just go to guides and see how it works
