~UPDATED~
Should I be more strict on adding factions on the list?
I was thinking of setting some conditions for a faction to be really called as a "faction".
Here are the 3 conditions that I've made:
1) The faction should have at least 10 identical, but unique ship designs based on its role. What I mean is, just by the paint and the structure of the ship, you will instantly know which faction owns that.
2) A lore that shows the face of the faction. Like if they are a war-torn faction, the lore must tell everything about what happened. (Optional) The ship designs are relevant to the lore. If it's a pirate faction and the lore shows that the faction uses scraps from destroyed ships, the faction's ships should be mostly made of scraps.
3) The Faction must be active: engaging in wars and negotiating with other factions. Just to make something interesting in the forum.
You can fight another faction of your own, cause I know it's easier to create a story by yourself. But it's always cool to see that there's an interaction between 2 different factions. Also, if you are at war with a faction made by another person, communicate with each other using discord or any com. apps and create a story, don't just talk in the forums throwing ships at each other saying "Mine's better than yours!".
If you don't want to go to war or interact with other factions, and you just want to make your own stories or create ships to show to others, that's fine.
IF many of you will agree to this. I will review all the factions again to see how many contains these 3 conditions, then separate those factions from the "Ordinary Factions" and place them to the "Recognized Factions" list.
