oh no no I was going to say... logasurious, a word in my native language meaning something similar to priceless resources, but I didn't want to over sell my goods. I am a self respecting merchant after all!
the crate is drifting but stops suddenly, there is a small rope attached to it from the small ship.
now when you send the weaponry, we will cut this little rope 'ere and the gold and diamonds are yer's!

A Large crate gets launched from the Mobile Trade ship, a modified fighter tows it.

The Fighter releases a sort of tractor beam, turning around with the crate, and pushing the Ekere Cargo towards the small ship, only after scanning the contents of the crate to ensure that the goods are within.

FangTheCat there is five kilograms of gold worth about 384,000 credits, and sixteen diamonds of decent quality, making it worth about... 450,000 credits (the overall price is down because of the impurities of the diamond.). the small ship loads the large crate, and warps away without any more response.

FangTheCat so... if these pira- I mean merchants where to strap these guns to the exterior of a ship, what gun would I use for that? (can be modded or not, as long as it's compatible with the latest version.)

VECs wouldn't be incredibly powerful against hull Exteriors, more so interiors.

As for weapons in-game.. hm .

Anything with a relatively small size and big boom, more so if it's energy based.

(I myself already assumed they're pirates. but the Remna didn't know)
All the technology you got was unmarked.. so it'd be difficult to trace back to the Remna anyways. excluding the Void-Core stuff.

Umbrio nods to Iru to show that he is agreeing with her proposal of moving to the planet, then he turns towards Purdy:

"Hiya. so.. uh.. Head'n to ground I suppose? er.. the planet's surface. That there is Zetki.. or was is Zekti.. I don't know I don't care.. The Tower relay was named after the planet."

He looks around for a moment.
"If ya don't know what the Towers are, then I can explain it, if you so wish."

Iru smooths her feathers before standing, a device on her own wrist vibrates for a moment, then displays a holographic display, with writing in the Ekere Language.
"Wonderful."

"Well.. we best be going to the surface, you should be allowed to explore a little bit before nightfall."
Iru shakes her head and looks back at Purdy.
"You can explain it if you want, but remember you can only give away basic information about them."

"There's nothing preventing travel at night, it's just not recommended due to the.. unique.. people that come out."

Purdy leans against the doorway.

"The Towers. They're the main defense in Ekere territory."
"They can't reach too far out, but inside the territory.. any time. anywhere."
"One blast is enough to cause quite a bit of destruction, but they do require a cooldown."
"Those are just the towers by themselves. When in a relay, or grouping of connected towers..."
Iru puts away the tablet-like device, and prepares herself to depart.

"I'll.. jus' put it as.. Big Fleet, Boom. Dust."
Iru turns back, then to an Ekero soldier standing in the corner of the room.
"Yes.. good way to explain it."
"Is a ship prepared?"
The soldier shuffles slightly while nodding.

"Wonderful."

He says, looking at his watch.

The Ekero soldier from earlier makes a light bubbling sound, tilting it's head.
"Yes, Dax, you can come."
The Ekero's gelatinous flesh becomes a luminescent blue.

Iru walks out of the room, waving to Purdy, awaiting Umbrio and Dax to follow

Iru boards the ship, along with Umbrio and Dax. As the ship departs, It enters a low-energy Void Rail.

"It'll feel and look like we're going backwards on the Rail, but it's actually going forward."

Dax looks around, speaking broken English.
"..Void Rail.. sin't alvayz FTL."

"It isnt always?"

"No, Void Rails can be limited to lower speeds of travel, although it still travels through the Mirum."
"The less energy we allow in and our of the ship, the less acceleration and lower tops speeds we achieve."
