Those side thrusters on the front segment are rather exposed... After that it won't be difficult to take out this ship's most powerful spinal weapon.

Oh, and about thrusters: there's too many. Seriously, cut down on the maneuvering hardpoints. It's just too easy to breach them and wreck havoc on the ship's innards.

Read 0neye's guide to shipbuilding in the guides section of the forum. You can also reawaken the ship building academy thread if you want input on ships. Anyways:

Your ion combinations are inefficient and has supply issues,
the engine rooms are used inefficiently (especially the ones near the large reactors and midsection)
The small cannons have terrible field of fire
The sides are vulnerable, a cannonball could go though a thruster and take something out.
The command rooms are too close together, and the large reactors will have difficult powering everything without walkways.
