The receptionist comes back, talking to the skeleton before going back to whatever task it was doing before. The skeleton walks over and openes the main entrance.
"They're right outside, i'll let you conduct whatever you want to do but please no fighting, we are already busy with our current repairs so we dont need more. And when you're done, we can continue our meeting."

"Yeah, so if you want we can clear a room if your nation wants to send over a diplomat for stay. We have a receptionist over there where you can ask about details of the area and such, and for the trade agreements either we can send over a diplomat who can go over the details of that, we can do it right here or you can send over one of your folk to do the same."
The skeleton points towards a part outside the room where you can see, sitting and doing a task, is a skeleton, focused on whatever its doing.
