One week after the appearance of the blind spot in direction of the galactic core, the peace at the borders was suddenly interrupted.
The calculated time had been correct and the blind spot, or rather what had caused it had arrived, although, 'arrived' may be the wrong word, having traveled at speeds which should be impossible for any realspace object, it just 'appeared' in teh system from one moment to the other, and had stopped on the spot.
There was now a massive black tendril reaching towards the borders of Jinaris, seemingly stretching into infinity, at it´s largest diametter it had roughly about 9000 kilometres, though for some reason didn´t cause any gravity well at all, as if it wasn´t actually there...
It´s arrival was accompanied by another violent whisper and the galactic plane had trembled on teh sensors again, though the tendril hadn´t moved since it´s arrival.
