The platform doesn't seem to buckle under the weight of the large mech, whose stature indicates a mass of tons. The mech moves with ease through the gigantic landscape of the station, and the team is soon back in the room with the monolith.
The monolith in the center is dwarfed by the mech by only a few meters in size. The insectoid legs that protude from the back of the newly conceived beast twitch, and soon after, they shoot towards the monolith, stretching hundreds of meters effortlessly and piercing its surface.
After a few seconds, they return back from it with what seems to be a small yellow pyramid of some kind of vibrant material that shined violently in incandescent rays, the legs slowly dragged the object close to the chest of the large mech and shoved it inwards.
It was slightly painful at first, as the flesh of the being enveloped the material, but the jolt of energy afterwards leaved the being naught but ecstatic. His aura of influence expanded to hundreds of meters of area where naught the thought of one worm living would pass bygone from him, or the movement of a single leaf unnoticed. It was an area of complete awareness of its surroundings, which slowly subsided into the back of the being's mind.
The being is still jovial, and much more is to be found.

Feeling unsure about further expeditions, at least this time, the new leader proclaimed to the rest of the team:

"Listen. What we recovered is huge. But the station is unstable and we should move on and take this... Alfred-Ernest with us home. However, In the mane of science, I volounteer to stay behind to explore what is going on. Go without me."

the IMG team and the imperial team are extremely frightened by what they see, the creature takes the pyramine and pushes it into its own chest as if it were sticking a knife, but at the same time it knew what the fused mind of Alfred and Ernest were doing it, so one of the imperial officers says:

then that's it? I'm glad it's over for now, but how are we going to get this 30 meter thing out of the mega structure? after all our ships are not very big.

"We can request cargo ships from the capital, we have a few ready. Lets get to our starting ships first."

With that, everyone but the first officer leaves towards thhei initial point of entry.

The travel back is effortless as it was to get up there. The elevator automatically closes and descends once everyone but the one man left behind gets in, and they soon find themselves back at the landing may.
The mech is still dwarfed by the scenery of the megastructure, and it certainly cannot go with the ships landed upon the place, as it is far too heavy and tall. Contact with the exterior seems to be cut completely, thus, they must find a better way to leave.
The conjoined mind of Alfred and Ernest feel more accomodated in their body as time passes on. Their limbs feel swift and light, though they weigh a building's worth of mass. They think they can make the jump to outside of the station.
They remain at the end of the corridor and use the closed door as footing for the legs, the large insectoid arms grow outwards and grasp the edges of the triangular hallway, and they gather strength on their "muscles".
Golden sparks of electricity percolate through the footing of the giant's body, as the enormous strength is released in an instant, shaking the door that was used as footing, though not leaving a dent in it.
The giant flew past the ships like a blur with its speed, leaving a golden wave of electricity behind it. The insectoid legs retracted back into its spine, and thus, they left the grounds of the anomaly.
The large beast woke up again from what seemed to be a deep slumber in space after they left, around it were the ships of the ones that were also in the expedition, though they seemed to experience the same memory loss as the beast. Both of them woke up to be able to witness the last fading moments of the megastructure, as it slowly undid itself in non-chalant faction, almost as if it was made of gas, simply dissapearing from space.

The ship of the expedition leaves, once again leaving behind their fellow men to experiment the farthest reaches of this anomaly.
The expected memory and information lapse occurs, and they find themselves drifting away from the megastructure just in time to catch a last glimpse of it as it fades away. Checking the inventory of what they gathered, they see that the three cubes are still there, the mission was a success.

before making the big jump, he catches the IMG team and imperial team officials thus creating a kind of protective bubble, to protect the 2 teams, if Alfred and Ernest's fused mind did not do this the team would be completely shattered at the jump, the team felt like they were in a big bubble of water with oxygen, they would not need the oxygen because they were using space suits, but it's better to be safe than sorry

Upon hearing about the resoult of the expedition, the diplomat sent by IMG (that never keft Kaiser's presence)
decided to ask the Emperor to talk to him about it:

"Your majesty, we need to discuss what we will do with the... product of out investigations. After it landed, We interrogated those who came back: by all accounts, that... thing is half Alfred half Ernest, I believe that is what our leader was called. We need to decide what to do with it, dont you agree?"

It looks like a battle suit used by the imperial army and navy, magnificent let's try to research it we are talking about delta technology, probably the most advanced technology in the whole galaxy, tell me what you think, any idea?

After what could be minutes to hours of discussion, the duo returned.

"Im glad we came to an agreement. The transportation will begin when everything is secure... In case of emergency, you can contact me and we can talk it out, if you agree. It will take some time for it to be completed, of course, but we need it to be exactly as planned. Our executive order to Alfrest should do it for now."

As they finished talking, a small fleet came from ... somewhere unknown. They bypassed all standard procedures needed to be conducted by Jinaris on guests, and hovered in orbit. Not long after their arrival, Alfrest appeared, jumpin out with his immense force and a bit of help, just for safety. Alfrest let itself stay in orbit for just a few moments, before on of the larger ships, differing from design with its unique architecture and significant armaments opened its giant cargo bay doors, where Alfrerd entered the ship. The ship closed the doors and entered its unusual stealth mode, together with rest of the fleet. Soon, they were gone like they never were there. The whle operation and all information is strictly guarded and censored, known only to the diplomat and the emperor himself. The fleet was nowhere to be found. Despite best efforts, a couple of rumors began to spread, but staunch Kaiser fascist supporters were quick to dismantle anything out of order, emboldened by certain inceintives and parades, the whole thing soon faded into obscurity, with no evidence left behind.

Captain Olandas crossed his arms: The main comms ray is down. The only way that we did make contact with you is the emergency comms and that has a limited range so we can't contact our HQ. As of right now the UFI are gonna send a scout to our last reported location before we hit the asteriod field. We have to stay in this area. To top all of that we have no allies in any solar system in a couple galaxies away so we are alone here for now.
