A small scout fleet emerges from a purple hued portal, the ships all wore blue and black, as the color of a nation. The Aclimator was old, rusted in some areas, it was basically a relic of another age. On its hull where some old worn down tie markings worn away with millinias of time and battle.

You get a simple message from one of the fighters who seems like a sqadron leader:
"Alright, we're ready for landing if you are"

Weirdly enough, though outside of the atmorphere it seems clear. While you break through it, you see black clouds high above the surface.
The surface of the planet is filled with different skyscrapers and other buildings, all dosing out smoke.

The ships flew across the planet for a few hours before stopping, hovering over an area.
”The tracker was last seen here until he noticed it. Permission to land?”

Upon the strange behavior of the merchant ships they release a drone. The go to the merchant ships location.

a joint tranamission is sent from the merchant fleet, a few human captains are saying;
"Greetings, unidentifyed empire. We are not monitoring your ships, or tracking them, but even if we did, we would have been doing it onlynto ensure the safety of our ships. Now, unless you wantnto trade, we will continue our buesiness as usual."
the merchant fleet heads towards the planet, leaving only a few ships behind to greet any incoming ships

"greetings. We have heard that you are looking for a dangerous fugitive, and that there is a bounty on him. We would like to offer help, which you might need considering the state of the planet. But before we promise anything, we should apeak to your leader. "
the two figures are not only ones to welcome you, but everybody else has a military uniform. When someone tried to approach them, individuals just showed them some papers, presumably documents

As your crew goes out of the ship, you notice that the landing-zone is quite criminally occupied, by the fact that you see spots of unwashed blood on the floor, and boxes of drugs waiting for buyers.

you are greeted by a group of 10, 1 meter tall arrots whose got riot-controll looking armour on, each with weaponry out if need be.
"Are you the people who are looking for the criminal?"
