The thing is, when you think about it, nobody would surrender their files or ship to an unknown interstellar entity. They wouldn't have just turned over important information, and even more so because this is an intelligence agency. What did you expect?

Even then, it's just a massive dick move to try and tractor in a ship into your bay just because you don't know what they are. You could have just pointed their guns at them and try to talk it out. And why did you have to send in marines just to quarantine their ship? Why did you shoot the other guys on first sight?

Yes but still, the commander should have considered the implications. If he does that, there's a chance of an armed conflict sparking out between you two which would do far more damage than hurting the commander's pride

Ten The marine men fall sideways into the wall the marine settles him self then begins laying fire down the hall again. On the outside the ship was being destroyed by the hanger turbolazers blasting it's guns and engine off. A lazer aimed at it's bridge.
