After leaving the game a couple months and coming back, I've found that I'm unable to change the settings on weapons. Specifically, I could not lock Ion Beam's direction, set the launcher to shoot nukes, or the missile storage room to hold nukes.
I checked the statistics, the statistics say that they should be shown. I checked the helpful notes, they told me to click the buttons that aren't appearing. I quit and reloaded the game. All that happened was that the launcher and storage filled with different, smaller missiles.
I clicked on everything multiple times, and nothing happened.
Needless to say, I have no idea what I'm doing wrong. I recall locking ion beams before, but I can't get back to the menu that let me do that. Am I just going crazy?
