On Südhausen, the system's edge lit up as a hundred ships forced their way into the system. More over, several hyperspace signatures simply stopped before leaving hyperspace. One massive, last ship left hyperspace. The heart of the Imperial fleet, the War-Hammer.
A massive mushroom shaped superweapon, with a pure durasteel front, several km deep. Its function is clear, and its target as well. The Imperial ships stop at the edge of the system and get behind the War Hammer. They form a large columm behind it and one by one, they emmit blue beams towards it. The ships on the edge form a spherical formation to defend the columm's center. Soon, the Warhammer shield goes blue, supercharged with the shield power of the ships taking refugee behind it. Thr Warhammer and its fleet move in a harmonic frontal charge. Slow but steady, the Warhammer approaches the planet.
