Large Reactor Prototype 2

Thanks to everyone who tested Large Reactor Prototype 1 and gave me your feedback! Prototype 2 is now available for testing!

The major change in this prototype is that crew now have to wait a little while at the reactor to "fill up" the battery. The small reactor takes 0.5 seconds to charge a battery, the medium takes 1.0 seconds, and the large takes 1.5 seconds. This change is intended to nerf larger reactor's utility as a very close direct source of power (such as for shields and internal ions) without massively nerfing their utility when farther away.

This prototype also adds new graphics for the different battery sizes.

Each bunk assigned to an engine. Changes from previous prototype +1 bunk (was 2 bunks before).
For reference current live version needs 2bunks+1Reactor for one boost engine to run permanently.

While I haven't yet made an effective large reactor one with the new update.

Nordwolf I'm considering removing perma-boost altogether, for various reasons. Or at least nerfing it significantly. Perma-boost seems to be used a lot more than temporary boost, which isn't really intended.

Walt I like that, but they would need to be buffed imo if they can't be recharged while in boost mode (for example you can decrease their energy consumption while in boost mode).
