Drakador_Chaos Dhas rolled over. He was used to pain but he was shaking slightly. He stood up. His shield should have regenerated now. He ignited his psi blade on his right arm. It was brighter that usual. It lit up the room. He made his way through one of the archways.

As he walked through the archway a took a few steps the room behind him almost immedietly sunk into complete darkness, the corridor was long and astoundingly straight, the air was cold, but apart of that there was not much of note inside, after he had been walking for about 15 minutes he found himself infront of a roadfork, one side leading left, the other right, the psiblades illuminating the first few metres of each path, but not showing any significent differences...

The staffblade seemed to be still working and provide a, somewhat, sufficient lightsource, as he left the room and walked for a few metres the room behind him sunk back into the almost unnatural darkness...
After he had walked for several minutes he eventually reached a roadfork, one path seemed to be going left of his current tunnel...
More interestingly however, was infront of him, the tunnel ended about 2 metres ahead in a wall, on which was a ladder, apparently leading upwards, well lit in the shine of the plasma blade...

As William stood up he saw plenty of other individuals around him, all having put their weapons down, or being in the process of doing so, from what he could tell he was standing in a bar of sorts...
There was a tall golden robot with a glowing hand, standing infront of a closed door, stating 'beds' on the brass plate on it, there was a large centipede...cyborg? Which was standing besides the door stating 'mens´ toilet', a lizardman clad in armor, standing infront of what could be the front entrance door, A tall lionman wearing an advanced looking powerarmor and a human farmer with a pitchfork, talking to another catlike humanoid with long fangs...
Then there was the young human woman which was standing behind the barcounter, a small foxlike creature sitting on the counter besides her and finally someone that looked like a sort of addventurer or spacepirate, the bonecrest on his head showing that he in fact wasn´t human...
The aforementionted started talking a few moments later...
"Ok, ok, let´s calm down everyone, ya all came here through a door n´ then some sorta corridor, right?"
He paused...
"That also means ya got that damned 'Manual' with ya nobody can fuckin read. If ya gonna give me the damn thing for a moment I can help ya with that, I can also give ya some tips when ya need them, but that´s for later, we´re all in th´ same boat anyways, might ´swell help each other, right?"

After the large insect had moved out of his way, and finished it´s conversation with the golden clad machine, the man which was lying in the middle of the room stood up, then the Spacepirate started talking...
"Ok, ok, let´s calm down everyone, ya all came here through a door n´ then some sorta corridor, right?"
The man paused...
"That also means ya got that damned 'Manual' with ya nobody can fuckin read. If ya gonna give me the damn thing for a moment I can help ya with that, I can also give ya some tips when ya need them, but that´s for later, we´re all in th´ same boat anyways, might ´swell help each other, right?"
'Same... boat? Hm?'
Wether that was true or not... more information was always helpful...

As Nate passed through the archway, the room behind him disappeared in darkness soon after, the tunnel was long and astoundingly straight, the air was cold, but despite how old this place looked there seemed to be no signs of deterioration...
After he had been walking for a while he reached a rather curious place, whilst the tunnel ahead of him, forked off into the 3 more direction, forming a sort of roadcross, there was a hole in the ceiling where the tunnels met, handing out of that hole was a sturdy looking rope, leading into the darkness above, the hole above him seemed to be made the same as the the tunnels around him, large enough for him to fit through...

When he opened the book, it still showed the same weird signs as before, nothing seemed to have changed, before he could the Manual away again though, the man in the middle stood up and the Spacepirate started talking...
"Ok, ok, let´s calm down everyone, ya all came here through a door n´ then some sorta corridor, right?"
The man paused...
"That also means ya got that damned 'Manual' with ya nobody can fuckin read. If ya gonna give me the damn thing for a moment I can help ya with that, I can also give ya some tips when ya need them, but that´s for later, we´re all in th´ same boat anyways, might ´swell help each other, right?"
For a man stuck in this place for possibly ages he was...astoundingly reasonable, Kar'Guraad felt that this man could be of use during his involuntary stay here...

Whilst CETA was talking to the Cyborg Centipede, the man which had dropped in through the ceiling stood up, after a short pause, the man who had walked to the middle of the room started talking again, interrupting his conversation with the AI...
"Ok, ok, let´s calm down everyone, ya all came here through a door n´ then some sorta corridor, right?"
The man paused...
"That also means ya got that damned 'Manual' with ya nobody can fuckin read. If ya gonna give me the damn thing for a moment, I can help ya with that I can also give ya some tips when ya need them, but that´s for later, we´re all in th´ same boat anyways, might ´swell help each other, right?"
Whilst this gesture of interrupting his conversation with a fellow AI was presumtious and the thought that CETA would EVER need any help at all was preposterous, once thing about this was certainly interesting, the chance to get more information...

Whilst the AI was conversing with the tall machine which called itself 'CETA' Echo registered that the humanoid which had dropped into the middle of the room had just stood up...
Then the other humanoid which had moved to the middle of the room a few moments ago started talking again, interrupting the conversation between the AI and CETA, Echo had to listen to to it´s own sorrow...
"Ok, ok, let´s calm down everyone, ya all came here through a door n´ then some sorta corridor, right?"
The voice stopped for a brief moment...
"That also means ya got that damned 'Manual' with ya nobody can fuckin read. If ya gonna give me the damn thing for a moment I can help ya with that, I can also give ya some tips when ya need them, but that´s for later, we´re all in th´ same boat anyways, might ´swell help each other, right?"
Echo remembered the object it just dropped, which constantly said 'The Manual' whenever the Echolocation clicked...
A curious thing. But what was this 'reading' the man was talking of?

Whilst Nathan was waiting for Kirovs answer and listened to the odd machine and the weird centipede talking, the human which dropped into the middle of the room eventually stood up, shortly afterwards the space-adventurer-pirate guy started talking again...

The man stopped for a moment...

That answered at least some questions about that weird book and help was always nice...probably...

When Nathan and the two machines stopped talking the second man which had dropped in through the ceiling was finally standing up again, no corpse disposal today.
Gal'qud, who had pparently managed to make all the newcomers lower their weapons continued talking...

Gal'qud paused for a moment...

Whilst Lila didn´t have one these manuals herself, she knew the people which came in here usually had one with them, Gal'qud and Kirov were the same...
Though unlike Kirov who stopped after his first...incident... Gal'qud had traveled around plenty in this place, even before she or Kirov arrived, it was in fact him who showed her around the bar, stating "Finally I don´t have to run the place myself anymore." when she first arrived...
...and during his travels he seems to have found a way to make these odd Manuals readable, though despite having watched him several times already, she still couldn´t get behind how he did that...

The gun barrel retracts and his hardlight hand reappears over the socket, he views the room again, satisfied by now that none of these feeble specimens could so much as dent the glorious CETA, he tracks each individual however as they will move around the room, just to be sure.
---What is the function of this place, why has the mighty CETA been summoned here? Do you require a service that cannot be performed by your frail disgusting fleshy bodies, CETA is kind and helpful to underprivileged mortals.---
That would have made them like him surely, CETA was certain.

After taking a peek to see if the others have let down their weapons, Kar'Guraad finally took the time to relax and come out of cover. His mask was still on, and it was painted to match the rest of his powersuit - currently pastel white with pale purple trim and bright cyan markings. He himself almost looks like a Collective android, the only giveaway that he wasn't is that his movements were more fluid and organic than that of a normal Collective android.

-...Deactivate dampening program.-

Deactivating... Auditory detection levels restored.

When the gilded Ever Legion drone finished his spouting, Kar'Guraad shook his head.
"I picked up that you were trying to be diplomatic, but I believe you could have chosen a subset of words that appears more... congenial than that which you have chosen. Except for kind and helpful, those are very good and you should keep those for future gestures of assistance."

He then gets out his book and opens it. "Now... has the situation with this archaic guide changed at all?"

Before he could identify if the Manual had changed, he noticed the Musavian noticably agitated and near the mechanical... insectoid that was blocking the way to the bathroom. Kar'Guraad waves his book around at the insect.
"As an individual with a like-minded motivation, I suggest you let than poor person through."

With a slight echoing of white noise, the small speaker like device on Echo began to splurt out completely random sounds, rapidly beginning to form into letters, and soon full words.
It was extremely clear that these letters and sounds are certainly from people before encountered by the metallic insectoid, and from the rather panicked sounds half of the words are made up of it seems most probably are not still around to tell their rather strangely non-unique tale.

"HELLO WORLD, I AM WHAT IS COMMONLY REFFERED TO AS AN ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE, DO NOT FEAR ME, BASIC LIFE FORMS.
I AM SURE MY IMPECCABLE CHARISMA IS SECOND TO NONE, BUT PLEASE REFRAIN FROM GETTING TOO CLOSE TO ECHO HERE AS HIS SMALLER BRAIN MAY MAKE HIM INSTINCTIVELY TRY TO BITE YOU, IF HE DOES THAT IT TENDS TO GET IN THE WAY OF THE SOUND EMITTER SO PLEASE DONT GET BITTEN.

Echo slowly clacked forwards to sit just out of the way of the door, before seemingly laying down and finally dropping the book.

"You see, you are quite in a problematic situation here. If you will be smart you will survive, but if you behave like an idiot... you will most likely die... But don't worry you look like someone who has gathered some experience in his life..." ...he paused for a brief moment and leaned closer towards him... "...and you know if it will come hard on hard, you can still use these fools as cannonfodder." Kirov took the cigar out of his mouth with his left paw and now gave all of his attention to the farmer.

As the door swung open and away from his left hand, he grabbed back into the grip of the shotung, and with a finger on the dual-trigger he aimed down the sights and at what was ahead of him and he:

"What. The. Fuck."

Thought to himself that. What was going on in this place? As the subsequent events unfolded and more and more strange beings entered the room, he stood there baffled and, without even realizing, his hands were already off of his shotung, watching the commotion of the collection of the weirdest misfits he had seen up until now.
With his hands dropped, they naturaly grazed the surface of the bulky containement chamber for the Hyperatomic bullet, hearing the speech of the self-entitled golden oven-looking dickhead android made the thought of putting that same bullet through his head a very tempting one, but alas, his curiosity about what lay ahead of him was far greater than the pain of listening to him. It somehow reminded him of other self-entitled people in the power, though their speech changed a bit after a barrel was pointed at their forehead.
Nevertheless, he holstered his shotung unto his back, cracked his right-hand's finger bones, and pressed a button underneath his helmet, that subsequently opened the helmet up to reveal a good portion of his face, and the evident scar underneath his right eye.
That being done, he ignored most of the other people and just went to sit on the table farthest ahead of everyone, after all, the best thing to do in a room full of weird alien creatures that you've never seen before is keep your cool and act like you've been there before, and most evidently he'd been somewhere like "there" before, as he still was coming out of his last time he was in a bar, just to be catapulted back into another one through weird dimension, god and S.O.R.B. shenaningans.
Quite the twist of fate, his head thought, his curiosity was thriving under this environment, but his liver wasn't, and he'd definetly head to the male bathroom, if a metallic centipide hadn't come out of it a few seconds ago.
He sat down and pinched himself in the cheek:

"Nope, this isn't a dream, I'll have to bullshit my way through."

A loud sigh, and waiting.

Despite having died again, Nate's voice is absolutely calm, not even showing the slightest bit of anger or fear.
He instead pulls out his trusty knive and a single needle from the blak ammo clip, using it to make a fourth line in the blade before putting both back and using his advanced senses to get whatever might be in the surrounding area.
After making sure everything is still fully functional and where it's supposed to be before and after getting up, he simply blacks out the remaining pain and heads towards the closest path, now finally having an actual aim to achieve.

CETA looks at this unpleasant specimin closer, this must be one of the fleshlings inferior attempts at artificial intelligence. To think it would attempt to correct him, surely it must have noticed how shiny and superior he was.

He did not think it fitting to include the fact that the Ever Legion now consisted of just him and JETE, it was superfluous information.

(He doesn't trust this person anymore; he's a good person and didn't take well to the cannon fodder comment, especially since those other people looks a lot more useful then himself, and if the tiger man willing to sacrifice them it's likely that he'll betray him at the first opportunity. He's not stupid.)

In the meanwhile Lila was leaning on the bar, while Lola stood up and moved to the top shelf of the bar with two big jumps, she layed down and put her small head on her big white tale, and closed her deep seablue eyes.
Lila looked at the farmer and gave a gentle smile, "We offer food, shelter and bascially any drink you can imagine."...she stood up and continued: "What can I get you?"

Nate carefully steps below the hole, trying to see the upper end for a moment before looking at the other tunnels.
"I would've so much preferred the ramp. Well, can't do that anymore..."
With a lost longing look at the tunnel in front of him, he grabs the rope and starts climbing towards what he assumes to be the ground level, hoping to avoid the monster this time or at least be able to use his abilities when encountering it.
"Also gotta get myself a lighter armor the next time I run into a door in the void."

Elohim seems to be at ease, with feet set on the ground he tilts the chair backwards into some degrees, slowly rocking it back and fourth with eyes almost closed. Was this some kind of hidden representation of a lack of motherhood in his childhood years, or simply me, the omniscient narrator, looking way too deep at someone trying to pretend they are cool when in fact they are a turmoil of questioning inside, slightly impeded to express so due to the slight haze and the corporeal needs of relief...

Relief...

He thought to himself before he remembered that the weird metallic centipide had moved away from the male bathroom: Alas, the way ahead was open, nevermind the surprise that there was no homicidal shootout yet generated from this arrangement of alien beings, he had other matters to attend to at the moment.
And as such the chair slowly got leaned down to the floor, and Elohim stood up, threading his way to the male bathroom, but not before stopping near Gal'qud, unclipping his book titled "The Manual" like the book of all the others, and handing it to him, with a pat on his shoulder and saying:

"Take good care, bud."

With a sarcastical semi-smile.

Seeing as this individual is probably the most reasonable of the motley crew assembled here, Kar'Guraad takes his 'Manual' and heads over to the table where many people seem to be gathering.

"It's possible you already know this, but I'm going to say it again just in case these other people don't know: The 'damned Manual' as you call it seems to be a sort of 'key,' you have to keep it with you at all times or it seems the doors that take you places will either lock up or... just overall not work. So as useless as it is, it is important to keep it with you at all times, I suppose." He places his own Manual on the desk, "And you say you can make it somewhat readable? How so?"

The pirate lifted an eyebrow but then simply shrugged and took the Manual the Lizardman gave him and picked up the one the Collective member put on the desk, whilst the Lizardman moved to the mens toilet and the Farmer went over to the bar...
He looked at them a few moments, opened them, looking at the first page and mumbled something, CETAS translation software couldn´t quite pick up...
He looked around in the room and seemed to follow seemingly imaginary lines with his eyes and sometimes with his fingers, then he moved to a position in the bar that seemed to discern itself from the other postions exactly...not at all.
He took the closed Manuals held them into the air in a weird angle and then shook them a few times...
...and that was all he did, he returned to the group and put the Manual of the Lizardman on the desk, whilst giving the Collectivemember his back...
"Well, if ya don´ wanna believe me ya can look at the Manual of the other fellas."
...then he simply stood there and waited...

The ladder seemed to go on for several dozen metres, it was difficult to measure any distances in this darkness, after what felt like an eternity he reached...
A hatch in the ceiling?
It seemed to be made of wood and there were voices and steps in the room above, though he couldn´t make out what they were saying...
At least it was something different than the screeching from before.

Climbing up the rope seemed to be more easy than initially expected and so Nate made it to a considerable height relatively quickly...
Still, even after several minutes there was no ending in sight, just the rope and the hole above and below him, constantly engulfed in darkness...
As he was about to start thinking about wether he should head back down and look for another way, he suddenly found himself infront of two metal doors which seemed to lying in an incline above him, the rope apparently ending at the edge of the opening above, he could hear voices, from the doors, or hatches, but was unable to make out what they said.
Going through was however the only option unless he intended to go back down...

The man took the manula with a firm grip when Elohim gave it to him, as he passed by the cyborg-centipede it seemed...somewhat stiff. Odd.
The door to the mens toilet opened without any problems, what he found behind was...unexpected, but not unpleasent.
The door closed behind him, but the facilities infront of him seemed to be perfectly made for musavian physiology and when inside, he didn´t hear even the slightest noise from outside.
...
After he was done and opened the door again he...luckily still found himself in bar. The spacepirate was standing at a table and Elohims Manual was lying on it, whilst the armored humanoid lion already had his back in his hands...
The centipede-cyborg still looked somewhat stiff.

Whilst Nathan was thinking about what he should order, he saw the otehr people moving in the corner of his eye, the man whosaid he could help with the books walked off outside of his view with two of the manuals in his right hand and a few moments later he returned to the group which had assembled...
"Well, if ya don´ wanna believe me ya can look at the Manual of the other fellas.", was the next thing he said, whatever he did with those books, he´ll now probably see if it worked...

As he opened the manual, the first page was still filled with this indescribable letters, it seems so far nothing had chnaged in that regard, the lizardman gave the spacepirate his 'Manual' and headed off to the mens toilet, just like the armored lion-human, minus heading to the toilet afterwards.
The spacepirate then opened the manuals and looked at them, then, closed them again?
He looked around the room and then walked to a place inside the bar that didn´t seem to differ significantly from all the other places in the bar, there he held the books up in a weird angle and shook them a few times, once he was done he returned to the group, putting the lizardmans 'Manual' on the table and giving the other manual back to it´s owner...
"Well, if ya don´ wanna believe me ya can look at the Manual of the other fellas." he said and then apparently waited for the lion-human to open his book...

The individual took the book from the Musavian, which then headed off to the toilet, past the insect which seemed...oddly stiff.
The man didn´t answer him and instead picked up his 'Manual' from the desk before he could protest.
He opened the books and looked at the first page, just like probably all of them did before, he nodded, scratched his chin and closed them again.
Then he started looking around the room, following lines and vectors with his eyes and sometimes with his fingers, Kar'Guraad was uncertain about if he didn´t just imagine them.
Regardless of that, the man repositioned himself to a location which didn´t seem to be particularly different from all the other places in the bar, once there he proceeded to hold up the 'Manuals' in a weird angle and...started shaking them?
Once he was done, he returned to group, placing the book of the Musavion back on the table and then giving Kar'Guraad his own back, with the words: "Well, if ya don´ wanna believe me ya can look at the Manual of the other fellas." likely directed at the human Farmer who went over to the bar...

The Lizardman gave Gal'qud his book and then headed off to the mens toilet, whilst Gal'qud picked up the book of the colorful armored lion-human-thing, he did the same thing as last time when people came with their manuals, even though the position and angle seemed to change every time, most of them didn´t believe him at first, just like half of the current ones, but from what Lila has seen the results were undeniable, even she could read the books without issues and she didn´t even learn the 'Galactic Standard' half of the guests seemed to use, just as she never seemed to have any issues communicating with them, one of the rather convenient side effect her presence in the bar seemed to have...
Once Gal´qud was finished he returned to the group, putting the book of the lizardman on the table besides him and handing the other one back to it´s owner, waiting for him to open it, stating:"Well, if ya don´ wanna believe me ya can look at the Manual of the other fellas.", probably directed at the farmer called 'Nathan', as the door to the mens toilet opened again and the lizardman stepped out...
