The only few things of note CETA noticed when he was scanning the place was that the fountains seemed to be containing seawater, somewhat odd for a fountain amidst the city, which likely menat it came from somewhere outside the city. the otehr thing was that they place they were standing on was in fact not a platform, but the top of a pillar, which the tower stood atop...
The doors opened without much issue, the tower wasn´t locked, inside the construct became even more interesting than on the outside, there was a platform in the middle, held up by bridges from the sides of the tower, in the center was another fountain, the water from it seemed to flow down the platform in four streams and fall down beyond the platform...
Beyond the platform however seemed to be a seemingly endless hole, it stretched down and it´s depths disappeared in darkness, the small waterfalls feeding water to the depths, there were more platforms like the current further down, but they didn´t seem to be reachable in any reasonable manner...
When he looked upwards there as well seemed to be more platforms like the current one, though teh way upwards was connected by four circular staircases, which seemed to go all around the tower, although a few metres from the walls away...

Dark Storm followed Ceta who opened the doors to the tower seemingly without issues, as they entered he saw a fountain amidst a platform which was held by four bridges from the walls of the tower, once of which they were standing on, spewing forth water which went down the platform in four streams and then eventually fell into a seemeingly bottomless hole which was below the platform, more platforms which seemed to be similar to the one they were standing on were below, but reaching them seemed to be almost impossible from their current position...
The only otehr way was upwards, as there were four circular staircases which went along the walls of the tower in some distance, leading upwards from their current current platform, to others further up...

The projected Protoss waved his hand and disappeared, then the doors of the room opened again, which seemed to have closed so silently beforehand that Dhas hadn´t even noticed it during their conversation.
There seemed to be three ways out of this room, one of them being that which he came through, the other two heading off to left and right of the room...

As he climbed down he quickly noticed that the ladder seemed to be astoundingly stable, likely more so than it should be, he slowly descended down the hole, until the light from above vanished and the only other source was his own flashlight...
There were also no other sounds, the sound of the waves had vanished with the light...
Anotehr few minutes later he put his foot down and noticed he had reached solid ground...
He turned around and saw that the hole had still the same as in the beginning, there was no corridor going off, no room at the bottom of this ladder, however, on the wall opposing the ladder...
Was a very familiar looking door, it was another one of those from the corridor...

His knocking on the walls, seemed to bring no additional ways up, no notable cavities, apart from a small one one, which hid a knife made of fishbone and no secret passages...
He went back outside and looked at the caved in tunnel, some of the smaller stones looked promising and he started moving them, however, soon he reached larger rocks, fromerlay hidden behind the smaller ones and despite his best efforts and his long time as a farmer, the massive rocks wouldn´t move...
Maybe it was for the best, he thought, would be bad if that thing collapsed right above his head...

The one he stopped was a woman, clad in somewhat simple clothes, she look at him with suspicion...
"Well, good day gentleman, what sort foreigners? Aren´t you one of those weird mechanics from the workshops? Are you trying to make fun of me? The only 'foreigners' we have are the mistborn outside and the beastfolk in the underground. We´re gouverned by our Queen Hestellia and her advisors, she´s residing in the palace at the clocktower."
She turned away and went back on her way, whilst she was walking away she shook her head and he heard her mumbling...
"Weird folk these days, must be the influence from those oddballs from below, glad the doors only open at night..."
