When Ceta tries the door it opens without much resistence, before he entered his sesnors registered that the metal warrior was heading further into the city, however staying on the same path they were so far...
When he went inside he saw a few pieces of furniture, there was a knee high block in the middle of the room, which could be a sort of table...or maybe bed? A higher block further back which was connected to a wall, could be a sort of barcounter... or a kitchen, he almost forgot again that the fleshlings required sustenance in regular timeframes.
In the back of the room there were a few recesses in the wall which could have served as a storage unit of some sort, there were some simple but elegant looking seating opportunities which looked as if they were made of wood, however, considering there were no biotraces in this city, they were maybe... fossilized? Or synthetic.
In one of the corner there was an opening, leading to a circular staircase, which led both, up and down.
However aside of that there was not much of note, the room looked almost as sterile as the city outside.

Dark Storm wandered further along the path they were already going, when he looked back the first time he noticed how Ceta entered the building he was looking at a few moments ago.
As the path was seemingly completely straight, it was easy to follow and keep the house Ceta had entered in sight.
He passed several buildings each of them looking similar to the last one with slight changes to their overall appearance, whilst they were all similar, none of them seemed to be exactly like another.
After a few hundred metres he looked back and noticed that the buildings seemed to be a bit higher here than back where Ceta was, and from the distance he walked he could guess the Tower was maybe four to five kilometres further into the city...
The city however still laid as sterile as before, they were so far in that not even the sound of the surrounding ocean bubble reached him, so the entire city was enveloped in an eerie silence, only interrupted by his own steps.

He walked towards the door of the beach hut and opened it, inside he found...
Not a corridor, how... 'unexpected'.
The inside of the hut was what one would´ve, normally, expected from such, the inside of a beachhut.
It was not particularly big or small, just enough for one to live in, if ones taste wasn´t too extraordinary and if one could do without such commodities as electricity, flowing water, a toilet ...and a variety of other things.
There seemed to be a simple bed in the room, a table and some seats, and another heavier table, which could possibly be used as a workbench.
All of which was made from the wood found in forest behind the beach, at least from what he could tell.
Maybe he wasn´t the first one here?
...on the other hand, if he had succumbed to madness whilst walking through the corridor that wouldn´t be all that surprising either.
In any case, he seemed to have at least some sort of housing, should he have to stay here for longer.

When searching teh area for psionic signatures he found... nothing.
There seemed to be no lifeforms nearby nor any other psionic sources.
He started walking down the left corridor however after the first few steps he was already interrupted.
The corners of the section of corridor around him began glowing with red light and moments after a male voice came from... who knows where, there must be a sort of internal comm output somewhere nearby.
Scanning unidentified lifeform...
Designation: Protoss
The voice seemed to be neither menacing nor particularly friendly...
Unidentified Protoss, please follow the marked path for further investigation. You will not be harmed.
The voice went silent again and the lines in the corner of the corridor turned green, the lines went on until a certain point further ahead in the corridor where they seemed to be going off to the left.
Aside from the marked path there was also a way straight ahead and right, well, and the way back, if he wanted to go there.

Nate looked back at the farmer and nodded, he felt his grip on his shoulder and walked into the corridor, it still looked the same as when he opened it, the same as the one he entered through, just with an absence of doors.
He heard his own steps and those of Nathan and the corridor went on...
...and on...
The grip of the farmer still on his shoulder.
Nate was thinking, considering the distance they traveled they would´ve long vanished if it was the same as 'Elohim' and 'Dhas'...
...and on...
...but what would happen should they vanish as well, where would they come out? Where does this idiotic labyrinth lead?
...and on...
...there was no specific time or place when Nate lost track of the time and the traveled distance it just...happened at some point.
He felt as if he was wandering aimlessly through a darkness...
...and then there was this door.
He looked at it, it looked the same as the doors in teh entry corridor, not particularly out of the ordinary, he pressed down handle and went through, before even thinking about it...
...
Bright daylight blinded him for a brief moment before his eyes adjusted, he saw people, alot of them in fact.
They were walking on broad street, probably around 20 metres across.
Some of the people passed by him gave him some rather odd looks, likely due to his armor, but then just shook their head and went on, most of them were wearing victorian clothes or those of simple workers.
The street was was bordered by building equally as victorian as the people which were walking on the street, as he looked at the sky, he could see occassional pillars of smoke, and somewhere in the distance, a massive clocktower which reached to the clouds, although it was hard to make out how big it actually was, as he was quite some distance away from it.
He turned around and looked at some of the buildings, interestingly enough he was able to read the language all the signs were written in, it was galactic standard...
But... did that mean he was...
No, he didn´t feel it, he wasn´t connected... so... where was this place?
He contemplated about it for a while but all his thoughts were accompanied by a distinct feeling:
This place felt important, very important in fact. Was this one of these 'major areas' the book talked about?
...
Then the realization hit him like a lightning strike.
He was alone, the farmer... he was gone.
When did he lose him?
What would he do now?

The tall, armored man who called himself 'Prophet' looked back at him one last time, while Nathan kept his hand on his shoulder.
'Here goes nothing.' he thought and they headed into the corridor, together.
At least he wouldn´t be alone.
Step by step they walked forward, in fact the only noise in the corridor was that of their own feet.
Nathan looked around but didn´t see anything out of the ordinary, 'Prophet' seemed to be lost in thought, the corridor looked still the same as when he looked into it the first time...
...just that by now, ahead of them it looked the same as behind them, due to how far they walked already...
...and they kept walking...and walking...
Nathan shook his head and looked up.
There was a...door?
He looked at it, it looked the same as the doors back in the corridor...
He extended his hand and pressed down the handle before even realising it, as he walked through the door he was greeting with wonderfully shimmering colors...
he seemed to be in some sort of...cave?
It was of a medium size, someone could probably fit a few houses in here with space to spare, but it didn´t seem to be all that complicated, it was just one large cavity with one two tunnels going off from it, it was hard to tell with teh weird light.
speaking of which some patches on the walls and ceiling were glowing in a variety of colors, it seemed to be some sort of moss, there were also some glowing stones, it looked quite pretty... calming even.
At on side of the cave there seemed to be a small lake which was glowing...or maybe just glittering with the reflected light, it reflections added an additonal small light spectacle across the walls of the cave...
He heard a clicking when the door closed behind him, only now he realized 'Prophet' was gone...
He... was alone...
