As he peered around the corner, Nathan saw past the door, there was yet another infinitely long corridor, these really seemed to be the fashion around this place...
Atleast there wasn´t a billion doors there like in the last one, just the one they were currently looking through.
He heard a sound from the bar ebhidn him and turned around, noticing that the military guy had apaprently started moving again, now looking at his manual...

As Nate turned around he noticed the lizardman was still looking at the lionoid, both apparently locked in thought, neither of them having answered yet...
Could it be they were as well...?
Then he picked up a movement from another table, it seems the human soldier had began moving again, he had opened his manual and was now looking at it...

The Book looked the same on the outside as before, however as soon as he opened it he noticed that the content had been translated, by whatever means.
The first page seemed to be some sort of ruleset, reading as follows:
[The Rules]
1. Stupid decisions, will lead to stupid deaths, who would´ve thought? So use your mental or digital capabilities you idiots!
2. The bar, is a safezone. Now, that does NOT mean, you cannot attack anyone here, it just means you will be punished accordingly, should any hostile actions be taken. You´ll have to decide yourself wether that´s worth it.
3. You can use any of your skills, equipments and other capabilties you have brought with you, however, if you abuse them, someone will have to come and clean you up.
4. Now, you have told me a few things already, weird book or whoever has written it, but why am I here? What is the goal of this place? How do I get out of here? Haha...ha...ha... Well it wouldn´t be any fun if I told you that, would it? After all you have come here on your own accord, wether you know or not.
5. I guess there is something I have to tell you, when you leave the bar, you will get to other areas, as you may have noticed already, there are a certain amount of 'major areas' and an undefined amount of 'minor areas' and in total there are 7 keys, which you will have to find...
6. But how do I know where I ended up? Oh you will know when you reached a major area, trust me. Trust the weird book you found in an endless corridor, not much else to trust here anyways. On another note, you can return to the bar at any given point in time given a few prerequisits:
-A door with the same sign as the one which you saw on your entrydoor, they are everywhere if you look hard enough.
-You have to be in a major area.
-You may not take any other individuals with you.
7. Remember the 7 keys which have to be found? Well, guess what! At the end there will be a reward...probably? But only the one who has all keys in the end will receive it...what a bother. You could ofcourse work together, or give your keys up to someone more capable than you...but where´s the fun in that? It´s all up to you...
8. One last thing, you may go through any door, you are capable of going through, given the right circumstances. Almost any door. There are doors which are forbidden, what lies behind them? Who knows, are you sure you wanna find out? You will know when you find one of these doors...
9. The rules are subject to change, so be sure to check back occassionally! Or whenever someone messed something up...
10. Do not lose your manual, as you may have noticed... you can´t open any doors without it. Which means you will be stuck...forever? Probably? If your 'Manual' gets destroyed...well, who knows?
That is all the first page said, there seemed to be more on the following pages, specifically some sort of statistics...
Tasks: [None]
Keys found: [None]
Active participants: [11]
The bar: [No additional information available]
Other information: [No additional information available]
...and more on the pages following these...
Discovered minor areas: [None]
Discovered Major areas: [None]
Then there was just empty pages until the end of the book, as he looked up he saw that the tall man who called himself 'Prophet' as well as the farmer called 'Nathan' were both looking at him...

As CETA wasn´t too fast, Dark Storm had enough time to check for the door and then still catch up afterwards, he thought at least.
As he turned around and tried to open the door they came through, it swung open without issues...
However, revealing the empty entrance room of the building rather than the corrdior they came through.
...
The corridor was gone. Great.
As he turned around again he noticed CETA had already begun moving along the way, apparently walking further into the city...

As CETA began moving and made some additional scans he noticed that, apart of the metal skinned warrior which was his more or less forced companion, the city was barren of any lifeforms as far as his scanners reached.
The unsettling thing however was, that 'barren of life' didn´t accurately described it, it was entirely sterile.
No traces of lifeforms as far as his scanners could reach, no even microorganisms or bacteria.
As if something or someone wiped the area clear of all forms of life...
As he walked, some of the buildings passed by, many of them looking smilarly, but not always completely the same there was some architectural variety in each of them, he did also notice that the warrior wasn´t following him yet, it seems he checked the door they had come through, as expected, the scanners didn´t show any form of corridor behind it, rather the inside of the building...
