(I am returning for now, things seem to be cooled down and peaceful. All my past RP things should be ignored from here on out. This faction, as always, is part of a new story :3)
Spectos is a company founded 70 years ago, by the Seil’Ehs family, a wealthy family that passed on the Company from generation to generation, under a different company name. Its main focus is to make transport easier and faster, and trade their self-manufactured products for a cheap price. Main components that most ships need, and basic resources that are useful in many ways. In addition they manufacture whole spaceships, for their own use, and to sell.

History.
The Foundation.
Spectos was founded around 70 years ago, under a different name. It used to be called Trading Goods, and stayed that way for around 50 years. It mainly focused around trading, and creating basic components, so the potential costumers would be as large as possible.
It was founded by Carla Seil’Esh, a woman part of a wealthy family, but kept her privacy when she got very well known, so there isn’t much known about the family, besides that they live from the never ending family fortune, and decided to create a company.
The company would be soon off the ground, and gain more attraction, and get well known. They eventually started to sell basic resources that all need, and kept secret how they get such a large quantity, and where their factories are located, and how they make so many well-crafted components.
The Rumors.
Around 25 years later, Carla passed away, and her daughter took over the company, Lotte Seil’Esh. The company has grown a lot over the time. Their ships may not be the fastest, but their quantity is great, and the amount of costumers grew fast, but they seem to hold up, and eventually get investors.
But, rumors began to spread, on who the family members are, and how they got their fortune. Even some additional rumors began to spread on how they make their components, and where the basic resources are coming from. People seem to think that the family is newly created, and that the company is just a front for illegal things.
Other people think that the family is immortal, thanks to the similarities between Lotte and Carla. But the company seem to ignore those petty rumors, and claim that it are opposing companies fearing the rapid growth of the company.
The Merger.
Around 30 years later, after the Company was passed on to Lara Seil’Esh, daughter of Lotte Seil’Esh. The Company has once again grown a lot, covering a fifth of the Galaxy, with many facilities spread across their trading routes, where their resources are refined and mined, and their components are made. Some investigators from news sources invaded the parts, so security has grown a lot past that incident, and nobody may enter their without a visitor pass.
A meeting took place with the Shareholders, Lotte and a spaceship company, discussing a possible merger between the 2. It appeared the meeting went well, after even the main Shareholder agreed to the merger, which is a mysterious individual called Sorro.
After that merger, the company changed their name to Spectos, that people know today. The reason being that the 2 companies liked to get a new face, but the conspiracy theorists claim it is to get rid of the rumors.
Huge growth.
The company was passed on yet again a year ago, to Charlotte Seil’Esh. The company got big growth, after Sorro once again funded a lot of money into it, and their reach is great in the Galaxy, thanks to the merger. They manufacture spaceships as well, and research on better FTL drives has started as well. Their ships vary in size a lot, some even are self-driving, and their factories are great in quantity, and heavily guarded thanks to pirates and reporters. Even opposing companies want to know how they get such a great quantity of resources and components. Even their spaceships are made in large quantity.
Charlotte seem to be not the smartest business woman, but she has Robert at her side, the CEO of the company they have merged with, who has control over various departments, and gives advice to Charlotte with important decisions.
Since the time that Robert has merged with her company, he slowly owns more of it over time, which Charlotte isn’t aware of. Robert at this time owns 70% of the company, and Charlotte only owns 20%.
Shareholders, Stockholders and Investors.
The Company has grown a lot, and all thanks to the ones that joined it in its journey, and helped with finance, and poured their wisdom in it.
The first Shareholder was Sorro, a mysterious individual, or group. Nobody has saw them, or him, besides the head of the company, from the first CEO, to the current one. Sorro owns 10 percent of the company, thanks to the amount of money they have invested.
The second Shareholder is Lydia Edsworth, a woman with a lot of wealth, who was doubting the merger, until Sorro got along with it. She owns a little proportion of the company, as she is careful with her money, and doesn’t like big risks, especially after the rumors started.
After the merger took place, a lot of investors poured in, seeing the true potential of the company, and the company truly began to skyrocket in popularity in their main region.
Head Quarters.
The HQ is where most important things are discussed, and where the databanks of the company lies, with all important information. It is heavily guarded by the own security system of Spectos.
Spectos has its own laws, and could shoot to kill if the situation calls for it.
The Head Quarters may be visited by guarded indviduals, and the guards may be armed, but the HQ should be notified beforehand, with clear reasons.
The HQ lies on a small planet owned by Spectos, where most of our employees live with their families, and is a decently sized civilization completely operated by Spectos itself, with stores, hospitals, and as noted before, laws. Only those hired by Spectos may live there. The employees may live on other planets, but most choose this planet for convenience, and luxury.
The Factories.
The locations of the factories, and their source of their resources are remain classified, and will not be published unless the situation calls for it. Currently, Robert, who is part of Management, has full control over the factories, and the respective Supervisors of the locations. The factories are spread out in the area, on several planets, where the resources are mined, processed, and shipped to the main warehouses.
The components, like microchips, memory banks, power banks, reactor cores, thrusters and numerous other components are made in different factories, that are located on those same planets, which are mostly operated automatically, but each factory is quite big, with a lot of employees present, all under the Supervisor, which each factory has, which lies under Management. The Supervisor hires, and fires the employees. Management does the same over the Supervisors.
The Warehouses.
The warehouses is where the company stores their products and resources, and each warehouse is quite big, and its locations are classified, thanks to incidents of pirates in the past. The warehouses are usually on moons of the respective planets that holds the factories. They usually hide it inside the moons, with camouflaged defenses, that could easily shoot down, or damage ships at long distances. They are just strong enough to make theft not worth it, thanks to the cost to take them down.
Products that the company has in huge quantity, like resources, usually have their own warehouse, just for the resource. In addition, spaceships that they sell to other companies have their own warehouses as well, thanks to the shier size of them.
Showrooms.
Since the company sells spaceships, they have started to create showrooms for them, and they have one for each section of space that they work in, so clients don’t have to travel far to reach them.
The showrooms have sections, for each kind of ship they sell. The specific types are noted in the section where the specific things the company trades in are noted in greater detail.
Transport-Stations.
Since the company transports their own goods to their clients, and offer transport for other factions, they have huge Transport Stations close to Warehouses, and important trading routes. The transporters differ in size a lot, but are usually quite large, and depending on what they transfer, also comes with defending ships.
The stations have defenses, and every ship that is stationed, gets automatically refueled for the coming journey. The cargo can easily be transferred to a different ship, even halfway on the journey, so they don’t have to wait for their ships to be fueled, if the journey is quite long.'
The Transporters.
The Transporters are quite similar to one another, since space doesn’t have strong gravity, things can be transported with ease. Usually, only the FTL drive, and thrusters and cargo frames makes them different from one another.
They usually have a long range radar, to detect any possible enemies being in the area, so they can be avoided, but lack in offence capabilities, while having decent defensive systems in place.
Depending of the cargo, they usually have support vessels joining them in their journey, and often have multiple routes that they can follow, and usually chose a different one than the one they used before, so pirates wont have it easy to predict their routes.
In addition, they put long range trackers within their ships, and often valuable cargo. So if they get stolen, they are able to track them down, to retrieve them if needed.
Support Vessels.
The support vessels, that usually join along with transporters, have quite some offensive capabilities, depending on what is being transported. But their defensive capabilities are lacking, but are usually not needed thanks to the built in defenses of the cargo ships.
The support vessels are not able to be sold, and are usually crewless, since they are remotely being controlled by the transporters.
Bigger support vessels however do have crew on board, thanks to the complicated systems that they have. But usually if combat will happen, they try to find a way to escape the conflict, to limit the damage that is being inflicted.
Management has made protocols for the situation. The crewmember that controls these offensive ships had training beforehand, and are usually being reviewed for any potential for trauma, or anxiety.
Offensive Vessels.
Thanks to the mining equipment being so powerful, Spectos has decided to move to Meelee weapons as their focus. The existence of their offensive vessels has remained secret for the public eye for specific reasons. (The CEO wishes so.) Since they want their image to remain as it is, a lovely trading company.
The company has several fleets, each specialized in certain situations. Thanks to the companies nature, there are only 10 fleets total, and for some reason they have stopped constructing more, despite their sudden growth.
The board of directors are quite weary about the active fleets, unable to place a reason for their existence, thanks to some allies that they have. But not enough people in the board seem to be interested in researching why, as if there is an influence negating their curiosity.
Management.
Management, which decides over all day to day operations, are a group of 20 individuals, which each being aware of most parts of the company, and the important employees. They select the supervisors and manage the growth of the Company, and look where they can expand upon.
Management falls under Charlotte and Robert, but are not under fully under control by them, but in the end, Charlotte and Robert are the CEO’s, and decide their paycheck.
Management in addition manage the budget of the company, and see where things can be cut, and what could need some extra help, like the research on the FTL drives. In addition, they take care of employee complaints, and takes them seriously, and they read the reports that the people below them make.
They watch other corporations in their field, and take good care over important clients.
Board of Directors.
The Board of Directors are elected by the Shareholders, and oversee Management. If Management does something they see not fit, they have the power to decline the actions.
In addition, they go in depth in the reports and problems, and look into how to fix it. They are the ones that vote if a Merger or Acquisition goes through or not.
The Board of Directors have a total of 15 members, all skilled at their jobs, like Management.
The director with the most influence and power is an individual called Adam. Not much is known about him, but it seems Charlotte has a lot of respect for him, and seems to be under his influence. The majority of the board seems to be on his side as well, and Robert seems to be intimidated by him as well.
From the outside, and even inside, it is unsure how much control he has over the company, but he is an individual to be wary of.
Department of Expansions.
The Department of Expansions are supervised by the 5 individuals, all expert in their line of work, and decide what planet to expand to next. They look into what the inside holds, what life is present, if it is safe or not, and what the surface holds.
They decide if it is worth it or not, and what it can be used for. If it lies in the territory of an empire, they usually see if it is important ground, and if it is used for imperial needs, and if the Empire allows it to expanded on.
In addition, they plan ahead of future growth of the company, and see if the budget supports another planet to be mined out, and used for new factories.
The supervisors are hired by Management, who decide their budget.
Department of Research.
Thanks to the nature of the company, it highly supports research, as it is invested in fast and safe spaceships. The Department of Research usually has a big budget, thanks to the amount of profit the company makes, and currently the Department of Research has been a big success, thanks to the improvements it makes in spaceships, which makes this company sell quality spaceships.
The Department of Research currently invests their time in the following subjects:
• FTL Drives.
• Thrusters.
• Trackers.
• Radars.
• Bombs. (Firebombs, to take down forests and landscapes, for later digging. (Most famous one is the Red Flower))
The Department of Research has an additional secret lab, which is classified for most, and does research in some matters not suitable for the public eye. There are rumors about it, but most prove to be false.
The Resources.
The resources that they sell come in great variety, and can only be bought in a great amount of quantity. Frequent purchases are rewarded by a small growing percentage of discount.
The company sells the following resources:
• Metal.
• Steel.
• Iron.
• Ice / Water. (Clean)
• Lava / Magma.
• Wood.
• (WIP, probably more while I do research on resources.)
One can buy it online, by making an order, but it is preferred to discuss it in a meeting, for possible discounts, or discussing transportation.
Ships / Ship parts.
The company sells transport ships themselves, and scout ships, and plan to expand on offensive ships. One is able to customize the ship with the various parts one can choose of. Like choosing between strong or weak reactors. Or fast thrusters that take a lot of fuel, or more expensive thrusters that takes less fuel. The possibilities are endless.
One is also able to choose from separate ship parts, like just thrusters or FTL drives. They don’t have all the parts as some are bought externally from a separate company. Specific parts they are yet unable to make, but soon are able to do it themselves, so they don’t need external help.
You are able to look at the catalogue online, or visit one of the stores.
Buying in large quantity requites a meeting with a CEO, to discuss the price, shipping and possible discounts.
Insurance.
When you order something from the company, or wish to use the companies transportation system with your own transport, you have to discuss the insurance, in case it gets stolen. The company itself has an external insurance company, and you can pay extra for your order to be insured if stolen. In that case, you get your money back, or get the stolen goods transported again.
It is rare that the transport is stolen, and usually it is protected, and has a strict and good protocol incase it gets attacked. You can in addition pay extra for extra support vessels.
Investing.
Everyone is able to invest, mostly individuals invest with a little amount of money, to get a low amount of profit over time.
But one is able to put a lot of profit in the company, and be part of the main shareholders, and you are even able to get a seat at the Board of Directors.
Large amount of investments are usually discussed with the company CEO’s, and Management.
The Growth.
Currently the company is rapidly growing, with a large quantity of loyal clients, growing amount of investors, and a stable company tree, continuously being profitable, and low prices for various products with quality.
The Sister Company.
The sister company falls under Spectos, and is unnamed. It is mostly separated from the rest of the company. However, they do have a nickname for it; “Project S”.
It originated from when they tried to create dimensional portals, for faster and safer travel through unknown regions in Reality. However, it is told that they found something worth their time, and diverted from that goal.
More isn’t known.
